Section 1.1

🎂 Minimum Age

To register and use the 5222bd Platform, you must be at least 21 years of age. By completing the registration process, you declare that you meet this minimum age requirement. 5222bd reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where this requirement is not satisfied.

Section 1.2

🌍 Geographic Eligibility

The 5222bd Platform is operated for and marketed to players based in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your access to and use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 5222bd makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any jurisdiction outside Bangladesh. Accessing the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction is done at your own risk.

Section 1.3

🚫 Self-Excluded Players

Individuals who have previously requested self-exclusion from the 5222bd Platform, or from any affiliated platform, are not eligible to register a new account or use the Platform in any capacity during the active exclusion period. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion restriction is a breach of these Terms.

Section 2.1

📋 Registration Requirements

To create an account on 5222bd, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and preferred BDT payment method. You must not use a pseudonym, an alias, or any false or misleading identity information during registration.

Section 2.2

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 5222bd will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. Section 2.3

5222bd may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures at any time, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or following a change in your account details. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to complete KYC within the specified time frame may result in account suspension and withdrawal delays.

Section 2.4

🔒 Account Closure

5222bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — where a breach of these Terms is suspected, where fraudulent activity is detected, where age verification fails, or where the account has been inactive for an extended period. You may also request voluntary account closure by contacting the support team.

Section 3.1

📥 Deposits

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. 5222bd accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing times are displayed at the point of deposit within the Platform. Deposits made from third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name may be reversed and your account suspended pending investigation.

Section 3.2

📤 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are typically processed same-day during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) operating hours. 5222bd reserves the right to request additional identity or payment verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Processing times may vary during periods of high demand or during national holidays.

Section 3.3

💱 Currency

All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings on the 5222bd Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 5222bd does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. No currency conversion service is offered or implied by the Platform.

Section 3.4

🚫 Refused or Reversed Transactions

5222bd reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime is suspected. In such cases, 5222bd may be required by applicable law to report the relevant information to the appropriate authorities. 5222bd will not be liable for any loss incurred as a result of a refused or reversed transaction where the refusal is made in good faith.

Section 4.1

All sports bets placed on the 5222bd Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. In the event of ambiguity, the rules published within the relevant game or betting market section of the Platform shall take precedence. 5222bd reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that is subsequently found to have been priced in error.

Section 4.2

Section 4.3

Section 4.4

⚡ Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during a game or bet, 5222bd will endeavour to resolve the situation fairly based on available system logs. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical failure that is attributable to the Platform, any wager placed in that round will be returned to the player's account. 5222bd is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

Section 5.1

📊 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion will be stated in that promotion's individual terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified time window; failing to do so will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from your account.

Section 5.2

🚫 Bonus Abuse

Players who are found to be abusing bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, placing low-risk hedging bets to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures — will have their bonus eligibility revoked. 5222bd may also suspend or close the accounts involved and withhold any associated balances.

Section 5.3

🔄 Modification or Withdrawal of Promotions

5222bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. If a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already met the eligibility conditions but before the bonus has been credited, 5222bd will honour the bonus for that player. Promotions may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the relevant promotion terms.

Section 6.1

💸 Deposit Limits

Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within the account settings panel. Requests to reduce a deposit limit take effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before the new limit comes into force.

Section 6.2

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or indefinite exclusion by contacting support at [email protected]. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be suspended and the player will be prevented from making deposits or placing bets. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the agreed period has expired.

Section 10.1

📄 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 5222bd with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, and agreements relating to the same subject matter.

Section 10.2

✂️ Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the severed clause.

Section 10.3

🔄 Waiver

No failure or delay by 5222bd in exercising any right, power, or privilege under these Terms shall operate as a waiver of that right, power, or privilege. No single or partial exercise of any right shall preclude any further exercise of the same or any other right. All waivers must be in writing and signed by an authorised representative of 5222bd to be legally effective.

All notices from 5222bd to you will be delivered via the email address or mobile number registered on your account, or via a general announcement on the Platform. Notices from you to 5222bd must be sent to [email protected] and will be considered received once confirmed by a member of the support team.

Section 10.5

🔁 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or sub-license any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of 5222bd. 5222bd may freely assign its rights and obligations under these Terms to any successor entity, affiliate, or purchaser of the Platform business, and will endeavour to notify registered players of any such assignment in advance where reasonably practicable.
